The strong frame on the agency
Yes, I built an agency and shut it down. That sentence is doing a lot of work: I now know the retainer math, the overhead traps, and the client dynamics that kill service businesses, because I ran the experiment myself and read the results honestly. Every audit I do now is priced by that tuition.
What I'm doing with all of it
