This site is informational. Booking a consult is free and creates no obligation. If we agree to work together, you'll get a written proposal with fixed scope and pricing before anything begins. Everything else is below.

Nothing on this site constitutes a contract, a binding offer of services, or professional advice tailored to your specific situation until we have a signed written agreement.

The free consult

The 30-minute consult is genuinely free and creates no obligation. We use it to figure out whether we're a fit. If we are, I'll send a written proposal afterwards. If we're not, I'll point you somewhere useful, no hard feelings.

If we work together

• Every project starts with a signed written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.
• Pricing is fixed per project (or per month for retainers), not hourly. No surprise bills.
• I send weekly progress updates and require sign-off at major milestones.
• At handover you receive full documentation, recordings, and access to anything I built for you.

Intellectual property

Content on this site (writing, design, code shown for illustration) is owned by Jude Telan unless otherwise credited. You're welcome to quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link back. For anything more substantial, ask first.

For client engagements: the working agreement assigns full ownership of the work product (custom automations, code, documentation) to you upon final payment. I retain the right to reference the engagement in case studies (anonymized if you prefer).

Third-party tools

This site links to and embeds tools operated by third parties (Calendly, Formspree, etc.). Their terms apply when you interact with them. I'm not responsible for issues caused by third-party tool outages or changes, though I'll do my best to keep things working.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, I disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its content. Where liability cannot be disclaimed, it is limited to the fees you have actually paid me (for site usage with no fees, that's zero).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of La Union, Philippines.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms over time. The current version always lives at judetelan.com/terms with the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated in the email playbook.
