Privacy Policy
How I handle your data.
Last updated: 2026-05-13
Short version
I collect only what's necessary to provide the services on this site. I don't sell your data, ever. I share data with third-party tools (like Calendly for bookings and an email service for the playbook) only to deliver what you asked for. You can ask me to delete your data anytime by emailing [email protected].
Who I am
This site is operated by Jude Telan, an independent operator based in the Philippines. For data-protection questions, contact me at [email protected].
What data I collect
- When you submit the playbook form: your email address, the timestamp of the submission, and any metadata your browser provides (IP address, browser type) that the form service captures.
- When you book a consult via Calendly: your name, email, phone number, time zone, and your answers to the qualifying questions. This data is held by Calendly under their privacy policy.
- When you email me: the email address you write from and any content of the message you send.
- Aggregate site analytics: if I add analytics, it will be a privacy-respecting tool (such as Plausible) that does not use cookies or track individuals.
What I do with your data
- Deliver the playbook PDF and occasional follow-up emails (you can unsubscribe anytime, any email).
- Schedule and conduct the consult call you booked.
- Reply to your enquiries.
- Understand which pages are useful so I can improve the site.
I do not sell your data to anyone. I do not share your data for marketing purposes with any third party.
Who handles your data (sub-processors)
To run this site I rely on a small number of third-party tools. Each one only sees the data necessary for its job:
- Calendly — bookings, calendar coordination. Privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosting and CDN. Privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — typography (no personal data collected beyond standard HTTP request data).
- Email service for the playbook (currently Formspree or ConvertKit). Their privacy policies apply when you submit the form.
Your rights under the Philippines Data Privacy Act (RA 10173)
If you are in the Philippines, you have the right to:
- Know what data I hold about you.
- Object to its processing.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have your data deleted (right to erasure).
- Have your data exported and given to you (data portability).
- File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
Email me to exercise any of these rights and I'll respond within 30 days.
GDPR (for EU visitors)
EU visitors have equivalent rights under the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. The same email address handles GDPR requests.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use third-party tracking cookies or fingerprinting. It does not embed Facebook, X, or other social pixels. Calendly may set its own cookies on the booking page; that is governed by Calendly's policy.
Data retention
I keep playbook subscriber emails until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. I keep consult records for as long as I am in active contact with you, plus the period required by Philippine tax law.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy materially, I'll update the "Last updated" date above and email people on the playbook list. The current version always lives at judetelan.com/privacy.
